most satisfactory and does not need improvement.

4 - means that in your catechetical center the criterion/facility is present/observable as above average; thus it can be rated as
very satisfactory but there is room for a little improvement.

3 - means that in your catechetical center the criterion/facility is present/observable as average; thus it is rated as
satisfactory and there is a need to make some improvement.

2 -means that in your catechetical center the criterion/facility is present/observable as less than average. Thus it is rated as
not satisfactory and much improvement is needed.

1 - means that in your catechetical center the criterion/facility is not at all present/observable. Thus it is rated as non-existing or not applicable and there is a need to study how to make it applicable in your center.
