A. CONCERNING THE “PRELIMINARY CLARIFICATIONS”

EMLC?”
Would you have any other purposes to add? Specify.
Q3 Do you agree on the need for a set of EMLC?

B. CONCERNING THE BASIC COMMON PRINCIPLES
and FEATURES

at offering a clear knowledge of the truths of the
